Who we are

Speech EZ is a solo speech-language pathology practice owned and operated by Kelsey Timler, M.S., CCC-SLP, providing telehealth services to families in Arizona and Wisconsin. This policy covers speechez.online only.

What this policy does and does not cover

This policy describes information submitted through the forms on this website — before you become a client. Once you begin services, your clinical records are governed by the separate policies and procedures you receive during intake, not by this page.

Please do not send detailed medical information, diagnoses, or records through the forms on this website. Use the forms to start a conversation; we will move to a secure channel before discussing clinical details.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form. There is no account system and no tracking profile.

• Contact form — your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Free guide download — your first name and email address.
• Newsletter signup — your email address.
• Tongue tie symptom screener — your individual answers are never sent to us. The seven questions are scored entirely inside your own browser. If you choose to have your results emailed, we receive only your first name, your email address, and a single word describing the overall result category — which exists solely so the right result email goes back to you. The answers themselves, and the numeric score, stay on your device and disappear when you close the page. We deliberately gather the clinical picture during your evaluation instead.

How we use it

To reply to you, to send the material you requested, and to follow up about services. That is all. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else touches your information

Running a website means a few service providers necessarily handle data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — hosts this site and processes form submissions. Cloudflare also provides our website analytics, which are cookieless and measure page views in aggregate. They do not identify you or follow you to other sites.
• Resend — delivers the automated confirmation emails for the free guide and screener results.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site. Loading a font transmits your IP address to Google.
• Email — form submissions are delivered to our practice email inbox, where they are read and answered.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Our analytics are cookieless by design. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it

Form submissions live in our email inbox and are kept as long as they are useful for responding to you and maintaining a record of the inquiry. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe — every automated email includes an unsubscribe link, and replying to ask works just as well.
• Access or deletion — email us and we will tell you what we have and delete it on request.
• Just don't submit — you can browse this entire site, including the screener and milestone checker, without giving us anything. Both tools run entirely in your browser.

Children's privacy

Although our services are largely for children, this website is written for parents and caregivers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Where a form asks about a child, we expect a parent or guardian to be the one filling it in. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, which is the reason for the request above: please keep clinical detail out of website forms until we have moved to a secure channel.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
